Job summary

RegASK, the Agentic AI Regulatory Operating System, is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to build and scale our events, webinars, and content programs globally from our founding marketing team.

You will own the calendar end to end, negotiate sponsorships, manage industry relationships, and report on pipeline. You excel in a founder‑led, high‑ownership environment and can coordinate across APAC/Europe/NA time zones.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B field, events, or programs marketing at a SaaS or information‑services company.
• Domain fluency in regulated industries (life sciences, food, cosmetics, or chemicals).
• Proven negotiation record with event organizers and vendors.
• Experience running multi‑region programs across APAC, Europe, or North America.
• Hands‑on with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform; ability to build trackers.
• Founder‑adjacent operating style; high ownership in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own the events and conference program end‑to‑end from strategy to pipeline.
• Lead webinar planning, production, promotion, and handoff to sales.
• Manage industry association relationships and co‑marketing opportunities.
• Oversee flagship gated content programs from concept to launch.
• Build customer advocacy through testimonials and use cases.
• Coordinate analyst relations cadence and briefing prep.
• Deliver program performance reporting with a single funnel view.
