MotoGP SEG in Madrid is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to streamline financial and administrative workflows within the Marketing Department. You will own PO, delivery notes, invoices, supplier records, and collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure timely payments and accurate contracts.

The role requires a Finance/Administration background (HND/BTEC Level 5 or equivalent), 2–3 years in operations or finance coordination, strong ERP and MS 365 skills, and excellent English.

Formación

• Two to three years of experience in operations, coordination, procurement, accounts payable, administration or finance coordination.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management and budget tracking.
• Experience using ERP systems and strong Microsoft 365 skills, including advanced Excel.
• Demonstrable B2-level English or above.
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence in solving problems and taking ownership of day-to-day decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain organised departmental records and ensure documentation is easy to retrieve.
• Coordinate team meetings and provide broader operational and administrative support as required.

MotoGP SEG is based in Madrid, with offices in Barcelona, and holds the rights related to the management, marketing and sale of the audiovisual and commercial rights of the FIM World Championship Grand Prix (MotoGP).

The role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to help keep the Marketing Department running smoothly. The role owns key financial and administrative workflows and coordinates closely with Finance, Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate records, timely processing and effective day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Maintain supplier records and documentation, following up on any missing information.

What we're looking for
