Dorna Sports is seeking a Junior Health, Safety and Environment Technician to join the People team (Health and Safety) and contribute to high safety standards across MotoGP events.

You will assist with risk assessments, inspections, incident reporting, and documentation, while supporting training and on-site safety during international events.

Formación

• Requires a degree or technical diploma.
• Master's degree in OHS with three specializations is preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of European/international health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills like Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Business English at a professional level (B2 or higher).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at international events, including weekends.

About MotoGP:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Health, Safety and Environment Technician to join our People team (Health and Safety).

The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental sustainability across all company operations, including the organization of MotoGP™ events and other motorsport competitions.

As a Junior Health, Safety and Environment Technician at Dorna Sports, you will be to support the HSE team in implementing and monitoring health and safety policies across all work environments. This includes assisting with risk assessments, safety inspections, incident reporting, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety legislation. The role also involves helping to prepare documentation, participating in training initiatives, and providing on-site support during events.

Requirements:

• A degree or technical diploma
• Master's degree in occupational health and safety (three specializations: Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology)
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation (European and/or international regulations) is a plus
• High Level in Microsoft Office
• Professional working level of spoken and written English (Minimun B2); additional languages are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive, with a hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Availability to travel and work during international events, including weekends
