Inspekt AI, based in Madrid, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own marketing execution across channels and markets. The role requires deep understanding of a technical product, translating it into clear, persuasive marketing for English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.

You will write copy, update the website, produce videos and campaigns, and deliver marketing assets with strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic growth environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology.
• Native/C2 English and Spanish.
• Strong B2B content creation capability.
• Commercial storytelling and ability to translate technical value into marketable messages.
• Experience with LinkedIn content and marketing assets.

We help building owners, engineering firms, asset managers, public institutions, and heritage organizations inspect complex structures more safely, efficiently, and accurately. Our technology combines advanced data capture with AI-powered defect detection to identify, classify, and document building conditions at scale.

As Inspekt AI expands across Europe and North America, we are looking for a Marketing Manager based in Madrid to take ownership of the company’s marketing execution, brand communication, content production, website presence, and commercial marketing materials.

This role focuses on product understanding, content creation, website ownership, and the ability to communicate and sell Inspekt AI’s value clearly across multiple formats and markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly hands-on Marketing Manager who can understand a technical product in depth and translate it into clear, persuasive, and commercially relevant marketing.

The successful candidate must be able to understand what Inspekt AI does, how the technology works, the operational problems it solves, and why the product matters to different types of customers.

This person will be responsible for turning that understanding into effective marketing assets for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking audiences.

The role requires someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution. They must be able to develop the marketing approach, but also write the copy, create the presentation, update the website, produce the video, adapt the message, and deliver the final asset.

This is not a purely strategic or supervisory position. It is a builder role for someone who is comfortable creating the work directly and taking full ownership of the output.

Mission:

Own Inspekt AIs marketing execution end-to-end by translating a highly technical product into clear, credible, and commercially effective marketing across all customer-facing channels.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own Inspekt AIs messaging and product positioning.
• Create high-quality content in English and Spanish.
