The short versionWe're looking for someone who can look at everything we're doing; social, YouTube, email, the lot. And tell us what's working, what isn't, and where the real opportunity is, and then go and build it with the team.A strategist who executes. Someone who can walk in, audit our presence, put a plan in front of us with clear reasoning, and then own its delivery from concept to published. If you think in systems and can also cut a Reel from a long-form video, keep reading.
MPDunne Properties & Hamptons International is a luxury real estate agency on Marbella's Golden Mile, operating as leading real estate agency for over 20 years in Marbella. With our partnership with Hamptons International the agency benefits from more than 150 years of global property expertise and a strong reputation for client service. The multi-lingual team of trained agents, support staff, and an in-house marketing unit collaborates to deliver superior advice, property marketing, and seamless transaction support. We sell some of the most beautiful homes on the Costa del Sol: Marbella, Benahavis, La Zagaleta, Estepona and beyond;to an international clientele.
We're increasing our marketing presence and systemising it, and this role sits at the centre of that. You'll work in a focused team and directly alongside our Creative Director on strategy and execution.
Day-to-day tasks include analysing market trends, managing marketing projects and timelines, coordinating content and creative assets, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. The role also includes identifying new opportunities for client engagement, optimizing lead generation, and supporting the continuous improvement of marketing processes.
You think strategically. You know the difference between a strategy and a to-do list. Given a brand, you instinctively audit what's working, spot the gaps, and build a prioritised plan you can defend.
You execute. You own delivery end to end and you're productive without being told what to do.
You genuinely know the platforms. Real depth across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and email — you have an intrest in devloping your knoledge of each platfrom to optimize how each is used.
You're commercially minded. You connect what you do to the business — leads, listings, revenue — and you can build and present a dashboard that a decision-maker actually wants to read.
You present well. You can stand in front of someone and take them through a clear, considered plan.
You have taste. A feel for luxury, discretion and storytelling that suits an international, multilingual, knowledgeable audience.
You don't need to be a full-time editor or designer, but you should be comfortable getting your hands dirty and briefing specialists when the job calls for it.
You're a self-starter who's curious about the business, not just the content. You want to know how the agency grows and how marketing moves that needle. You collaborate well, but you can hold a plan against ad-hoc\ "just post this now" pressure. And the thing that would make you great rather than good: you spot the opportunity we hadn't already seen.
