NeuralTrust, a Barcelona-based startup, is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to bridge technical products and buyer understanding. You’ll translate APIs, AI, and security concepts into clear messaging and create enabling content for sales and engineers.

Work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to position features, craft technical pages, decks, and whitepapers, and own launches. You’ll explain complex capabilities to CISOs, developers, and enterprise architects.

At NeuralTrust, we’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between deeply technical products and the people who need to understand, evaluate, and buy them.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for someone with a technical background who understands software, APIs, AI systems, and security concepts, but who also knows how to turn complex technology into clear, compelling stories.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to understand what we’re building, define how we position it, and create the technical content and enablement that helps customers understand why it matters.

If you can go from a conversation with an engineer to writing a product page, building a technical sales deck, or explaining a new capability to a CISO, we’d love to meet you.

• Own the technical positioning and messaging for NeuralTrust’s products and capabilities.
• Translate complex product functionality, architectures, and security concepts into clear messaging for technical and business audiences.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to deeply understand new features, integrations, architectures, and use cases.
• Create product marketing content including product pages, technical guides, solution briefs, whitepapers, blog posts, presentations, and launch materials.
• Build sales enablement materials that help our Sales and Solutions Engineering teams explain and demonstrate NeuralTrust effectively.
• Develop technical sales decks, competitive battlecards, product one-pagers, architecture diagrams, and other materials used throughout the sales cycle.
• Own the product marketing side of product launches, from positioning and messaging to launch content and internal enablement.
• Create compelling technical narratives and demonstrations that show how NeuralTrust works in real-world AI and agent environments.
• Understand our buyers and users, including CISOs, security teams, AI teams, developers, platform engineers, and enterprise architects, and adapt messaging to each audience.
• Research the AI security landscape, competitors, emerging technologies, and industry trends to sharpen our positioning and differentiation.
• Work with customers, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to turn real deployments and use cases into customer stories and technical proof points.
• Help ensure that everything we say about the product is technically accurate, differentiated, and easy to understand.
• You have a technical background, ideally a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• You have experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Developer Marketing, or a similar role within a technical B2B company.
• You understand software architecture and are comfortable discussing concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, authentication, networking, data flows, integrations, and security.
• You are genuinely interested in AI and cybersecurity and are excited to develop deep expertise in AI agents, LLM infrastructure, and AI security.
• You are an excellent writer and can make complicated technical concepts clear without oversimplifying them.
• You know how to create strong product marketing materials, from website copy and product pages to sales decks, solution briefs, technical content, and competitive materials.
• You are comfortable working directly with engineers and product teams and asking the technical questions needed to truly understand how something works.
• You can communicate effectively with both technical practitioners and executive audiences.
• You have strong presentation and storytelling skills and know how to turn product capabilities into compelling narratives rather than lists of features.
• You are curious, analytical, and willing to get hands-on with the product rather than relying exclusively on documentation or second-hand explanations.
• You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment where you’ll have significant ownership and where the product and market are evolving quickly.
• Bonus: You have previous experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, API platforms, or another highly technical B2B software category.
• Bonus: You have previously worked as an engineer, solutions engineer, technical product manager, or developer before moving into product marketing.
