Kantox is seeking a Product Owner based in Barcelona to own a market-leading product variant and support another. You will work with a Dynamic Hedging team, gathering client insights and shaping the product roadmap for CFOs and Treasurers across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, sales, and client success to deliver value, with 3–5 years of product experience, treasury/finance background, and a PDLC mindset.

Formación

• Proven track record of running discovery, writing PRDs, and delivering in a structured PDLC.
• Scrum-certified or equivalent hands-on agile experience.
• Autonomous, accountable, and outcome-oriented; you chase your manager, not the other way around.
• Strong written and verbal communication: clear, short, sharp.
• Embraces AI as part of how you work and learn every day, not a feature, a habit.
• Based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.

We are looking for someone to join our Dynamic Hedging team, take full ownership of one product variant, and support the growth of another.

We build Currency Management Automation software that helps companies turn FX from an operational burden into a competitive advantage. Our clients are CFOs and Treasurers at mid-to-large corporates across 75 countries, and they trust us to move serious money. Over $20 billion and counting.

What you will work on

• Running discovery: client calls, hypothesis validation, and market insight, to always understand the why before the what

The setup

You will be based in our Barcelona office, close to clients from day one: joining calls, gathering insights, and bringing the voice of the customer into everything you build. Internally, you will work closely with engineering, data, sales, and client success, among others. We will give you the context, the access, and the trust to make things happen.

Who you are

You have lived a proper PDLC, not just read about it. You come from a client-driven environment, you have a background in finance or treasury, and you understand how CFOs and Treasurers think. You are fast, structured, and accountable. You raise your hand before things escal.

Concretely:

• 3 to 5 years of product experience
• Background in treasury or corporate finance; you speak the language of our clients
• Proven track record of running discovery, writing PRDs, and delivering in a structured PDLC
• Scrum-certified or equivalent hands-on agile experience
• Autonomous, accountable, and outcome-oriented; you chase your manager, not the other way around
