Job summary

JD.com (JINGDONG) invites students and early‑career talent to join its JD Young Internship program in Madrid, Spain. This 3–6 month, full‑time internship helps establish our Joybuy business and a new Spain office, with cross‑functional HR and administrative work.

You will be mentored remotely by the wider European HR team, gain practical experience, build networks, and contribute to a growing team as you learn hands‑on in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Availability: able to work full-time in an internship capacity.
• Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, driven to take initiative, and excited to deliver results.
• Cultural Skills: Strong cross-cultural awareness, bridging Spanish to non-Spanish culture.
• Language: Spanish (Fluent) is required; Mandarin skills are additional.
• Background: Ideally, you have a background or studies in HR, international business, or a related field.

About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early‑career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

About the role:

Role Title: JD Young HR and Business Support Internship Location: Madrid, Spain (with remote mentoring support from our wider European HR team) Start Date: As soon as possible (Full‑Time). The Mission: This is a hands‑on, exciting role where you will play a key part in establishing our new Joybuy business and team in Spain. You will help set up a brand new office, collaborate with our HR team to support setting up the right people infrastructure in Spain and provide cross‑cultural support for new colleagues joining in our business.
