About the job

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our global marketing team. The role involves project management, digital content maintenance, and general marketing activities. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Coordinate and manage marketing projects from concept to completion, tracking timelines and deliverables, and collaborating across departments and with external vendors.
• Digital Content Maintenance: Update and ensure accuracy of digital content across websites, social media, and marketing platforms. Support email campaigns, newsletters, and digital advertising.
• General Marketing Support: Create marketing materials, organize events/webinars, and conduct market research to support campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in finance or tech industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks precisely.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in English; Italian or Spanish is a bonus.
• Experience working remotely with global teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
