What We're Looking For

• Fluent English is essential
• Additional European language highly desirable
• Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience listing, presenting and selling luxury property is advantageous
• Ability to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Professional, confident and highly presentable
• Excellent communication and digital literacy skills
• Knowledge of the Marbella and Costa del Sol property market is beneficial
• Valid Spanish residency, driving licence and own vehicle
