Job summary

Webster & Co in Marbella is seeking a friendly, telephone-focused team member to engage with our client database, qualify enquiries and reactivate connections. This full-time role also involves welcoming visitors and supporting daily office operations in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella.

You will be comfortable on the phone, enjoy talking to people, and stay organized while handling multiple tasks. Fluency in English and a good level of Spanish are preferred, with training on our CRM provided.

Responsibilities

• Call our database of past and current contacts to assess interests and reactivate leads.
• Make first calls to new enquiries before passing to sales agents.
• Update client records in the CRM and pass qualified leads to the right agent.
• Welcome visitors and note client needs for the sales team.
• Answer office calls and monitor the main email inbox.
