Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Marbella is seeking a Commis Chef for an exciting summer project. This hands-on role supports the kitchen team with daily food preparation, mise en place, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef, you will learn, build precision, and contribute to a fast-paced service while embracing teamwork and a professional kitchen culture.

Formación

• Experience in kitchen or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to hygiene standards and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior chefs with preparation and cooking of all menu items.
• Complete mise en place tasks and label/store ingredients.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines, ensuring plating standards.
• Uphold kitchen cleanliness and food safety in your section.
• Support during service to ensure timely and high-quality dishes.
• Receive and organize deliveries, check quality and storage.
• Learn from senior staff and apply feedback to improve skills.
• Communicate effectively in a high-energy service environment.
• Maintain a clean and presentable uniform each shift.
• Adhere to SOPs and health regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture.

Conocimientos

Fluent English

Basic Spanish or German (plus)
