GMV in Madrid is seeking a GNSS hardware/software engineer to join a multidisciplinary team working on GNSS receivers, their analysis, design and development, including VV activities and manufacturing support.

The role favors candidates with introductory GNSS knowledge and skills in C/C++ or Python, with emphasis on documentation, test automation, and potential relocation for national/international mobility; hybrid working model offered.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

As member of a multidisciplinary team devoted to the development of products, GNSS advanced receivers, you will take part in the analysis, design, development, and also particularly manufacturing and V&V activities of the functionalities in GNSS hardware and software, to be performed as part of our on-going product activities.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

If you are willing to step up to the challenge, you will need to have introductory knowledge or experience at least in one of the following topics:

• Product life cycle knowledge
• Product HW development, certification and manufacturing knowledge
• Product and Quality control and non-conformity management
• Verification and Validation processes and manufacturing execution

Additional knowledge that will be very valuable in this position is: Documentation and items configuration control management. Automation of tests and verification steps including HW/SW deployment. General overall knowledge of GNSS (at least GPS and Galileo). SW development in C/C++ and/or Python and/or MATLAB or similar.
