Airbus Helicopters España, SA busca un Ingeniero/a de Fabricación para liderar la integración de datos de diseño en la manufactura y optimizar las líneas de producción en Ciudad Real. El rol requiere colaboración estrecha con diseño y operaciones para aumentar la eficiencia.

Se valorará experiencia en Digital Twin, capacidad analítica y trabajo en equipo, con dominio de español e inglés. Puesto estable en un entorno industrial dinámico.

Formación

• Experiencia sólida en fabricación y desarrollo de líneas de producción.
• Capacidad para aplicar un Digital Twin en un entorno industrial.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés.
• Trabajo en equipo y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades

• Llevar datos de diseño al entorno de fabricación para influir en la arquitectura del producto.
• Participar en la construcción del concepto industrial para toda la gama, optimizando la línea.
• Trabajar en simulación del sistema industrial y proponer mejoras basadas en datos.
• Aplicar experiencia en manufactura y ejecución de líneas de producción.

Your impact

You will bring design data to the manufacturing environment, influencing product architecture through cooperation with the design office, with an operator-centric approach.

You will participate in the build of the industrial concept for all our range, producing an optimized and balanced line system.

You will work in the simulation of the industrial system, performing analysis and providing improvement solutions to the shop floor based on data. #SpeakWithData

Strong experience in Manufacturing, Production Lines Development and Execution

Ability to apply a Digital Twin approach in an Industrial environment.

Curious and rigorous, enthusiastic and constant. Recognised as a great team player.

Diverse academic and non-academic background.

Programming and project management skills would be a strong asset.

Effective communication in Spanish and English is required (French/German as a plus).
