Airbus CRISA in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to guarantee feasible assembly processes for Space Electronics, from IPCs to BOM/BoM reviews and manufacturing instructions.

You will support DFx rules, define flow charts and manufacturing dossiers, generate Wave soldering programs, and work with Windchill and SAP ME; ECSS knowledge and English C1 are required, French valued.

Formación

• Higher education in an engineering field related to aeronautics, industrial or electronics.
• At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and industrialization.
• Experience in Electronics Space Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ECSS requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1); French is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Define manufacturing documentation for each Assembly and implement FPY/DFx changes.
• Support Design for Manufacturing rules and interface with Mechanical/Electrical Design.
• Review PCB feasibility for manufacturing cost/quality; review BoM/PL.
• Create Manufacturing Flow Charts (MFC) and identify jigs/tools.
• Prepare Manufacturing Files according to AD, MFC, DML and DPL.
• Define detailed Manufacturing Instructions and optimize flows.
• Create manufacturing dossiers in internal tools (AIC/PAT/PLD).
• Generate Wave Soldering Machine programs and support shop floor.

Job Description:A position of manufacturing engineer is now open at Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area). In our industrialization department, our mission is guarantee the technical / digital means needed to execute manufacturing and tests processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellent performance. Definitely, we are moved by our passion to make it fly!Task and accountabilitiesIn the frame of Space Electronics Manufacturing area, as part of the extended Project Team will be in charge of:- Definition of the Manufacturing documentation for every Assembly, as well as possible modifications and repairs according to the company PID and Quality Requirements.- Support to Design for Manufacturing rules implementation, interfacing with Mechanical and Electrical Design.- PCB review to guarantee the manufacturing feasibility in cost and quality.- Part List (PL)/ Bill of Materials (BoM) review to guarantee feasibility of assemblies associated to each component.- Manufacturing Flow Chart (MFC).- Identification and definition of specific jigs and tools for manufacturing.- Manufacturing File according to Assembly Drawing (AD), MFC, Declared Material List (DML) and Declared Process List (DPL).- Assembly List (AL)/BoM according to the inputs generated by Mechanical Designers, AD and DML.- Review of AD generated by Mechanical Designers and extraction of BOTTOM/TOP view of each module to complete the drawing.- Define the detailed Manufacturing Instructions.- Optimise the manufacturing flow.- Preparation of manufacturing dossier instructions in the Manufacturing internal tools: (AIC, PAT, PLD…)- Generation of Wave Selective Soldering Machine programs.- Support the board manufacturing in the Shop Floor for any complementary information.- Give inputs for the Non Conformities solution, during manufacturing.- Participation in the definition of harmonised flows, processes, assemblies, footprints and materials among all sitesRequired skills and experienceWe are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:- Higher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering- At least 5 years experienced in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Organization (Manufacturing Sytems, Lean..)- High level of experience in a similar position in Electronics Space Manufacturing- Knowledge of ECSS requirements- High capacity to analyse the design definitions to turn them into simple and clear manufacturing instructions- Knowledge of ME IT tools: Windchill and SAP ME.- English C1, French (will be valued positively)- Proactive, methodical and organized.- Autonomous and Team Player.- Continuous improvement orientation- Customer support approachThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Computadoras, Redes e Ingeniería, SAContract Type:PermanentExperience Level:ProfessionalJob Family:Manufacturing Engineering By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
