Airbus Helicopters España, S.A. busca un(a) Ingeniero(a) MSG3 para unirse al equipo MSG3 (Maintenance Steering Group).

El rol se centra en desarrollar tareas de mantenimiento programadas y establecer intervalos conforme a la normativa, con foco en seguridad y fiabilidad del avión. El perfil combina ingeniería aeronáutica, experiencia en MSG-3 o ILS, dominio avanzado del inglés y capacidad para trabajar de forma proactiva en un entorno colaborativo y multicultural.

Formación

• Ingeniero aeronáutico o similar
• Experiencia en MSG-3, LSA o ingeniería de mantenimiento
• Inglés avanzado y enfoque orientado a la resolución de problemas
• Proactividad y espíritu de equipo

Responsabilidades

• Identificar tareas de mantenimiento eficientes para aeronaves durante la fase de diseño y operación.
• Aplicar la metodología MSG-3 para desarrollar y validar intervalos de mantenimiento.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar seguridad y fiabilidad a lo largo de la vida útil del avión.

*DESCRIPTION*

You will join the MSG3 Team MSG-3 (Maintenance Steering Group) aims to present a methodology to be used for developing scheduled maintenance tasks and intervals, which will be acceptable to the regulatory authorities, the operators and the manufacturers. The main idea behind this concept is to recognize the inherent reliability of aircraft systems and components, avoid unnecessary maintenance tasks and achieve increased efficiency.

*YOUR CHALLENGES*

The basic goal of MSG-3 is to identify maintenance tasks which are both effective and efficient in enabling a new aircraft to be designed and operated in a manner which achieves a satisfactory level of safety and reliability throughout its life. The process is applied for the following four sections:

• Systems and Powerplant (including components and APUs)
• Aircraft Structures
• Zonal Inspections
• Lightning/High Intensity Radio Frequency (L/HIRF).

*SKILLS*

• Aeronautical engineer (other engineer types could also be eligible depending on the background and experience)
• Experience in MSG-3, LSA or maintenance engineering (experience in other ILS disciplines could also be of interest)

• High level of English language
