M47 Labs SL in Madrid is seeking a Manual QA Tester for its AI Voice Assistant project. You will design and execute test cases to ensure accurate interactions across platforms and devices, focusing on a seamless user experience in a native language environment.

The role requires native Cantonese (Mainland) and Cantonese/Zhōngwén (Hong Kong) knowledge, localization testing experience, and solid QA fundamentals. English fluency is essential; GenAI exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Native knowledge of Cantonese Chinese (Mainland) and Zhōngwén Chinese (Hong Kong).
• Experience in testing, localization testing, or translation.
• Understanding of QA software testing.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, platforms and GenAI exposure is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

About your day-to-day:

You will join our AI Voice Assistant project to ensure responsiveness and efficiency in its interactions with users across different platforms and devices. Our mission is to deliver a seamless user experience with the assistant. To do so, we work in a native language environment.

• You will test an AI Voice Assistant.
• As a Manual QA Tester, you will design and execute test cases.
• Ensure critical standards for the text execution.

This is for you if you have:

• Native knowledge of Cantonese Chinese (from Mainland China) and ZhōngwénChinese (from Hong Kong)
• Previous experience in testing, localization testing, or translation.
• Understanding of QA software testing.
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies, software, platforms...
• (Nice to have) some exposure on using GenAI (Chatbots or Agents) for productivity enhancement of QA work.
• Fluency in English
