Madrid-based tech company M47 Labs SL is seeking a Manual QA Tester for an AI Voice Assistant project. You will test the assistant across platforms, design and execute test cases, and ensure text execution standards are met to deliver accurate language interactions.

Requirements include native Vietnamese, fluent English, testing/localization/translation experience, and a willingness to work full-time onsite in Madrid. Onboarding includes learning budget and wellness benefits.

About your day-to-day:

You will join our AI Voice Assistant project to ensure responsiveness and efficiency in its interactions with users across different platforms and devices. Our mission is to deliver a seamless user experience with the assistant. To do so, we work in a native language environment.

• You will test an AI Voice Assistant.

• As a Manual QA Tester, you will design and execute test cases.

• Ensure critical standards for the text execution.

This is for you if you have:

• Native knowledge of Vietnamese.

• Previous experience in testing, localization testing, or translation.

• Understanding of QA software testing.

• Eagerness to learn about new technologies, software, platforms...

• (Nice to have) some exposure on using GenAI (Chatbots or Agents) for productivity enhancement of QA work.

• Fluency in English
