At M47, we spark AI! We are hiring a Manual QA Tester to join the AI Voice Assistant project on-site in Madrid. Your role focuses on testing the assistant’s interactions across platforms and ensuring a seamless user experience in a native language environment, particularly Vietnamese.

The ideal candidate will have native Vietnamese, English fluency, and experience in testing/localization. The position is a full-time permanent contract in a dynamic, international team with a strong learning

Formación

• Native knowledge of Vietnamese.
• Previous experience in testing, localization testing, or translation.
• Understanding of QA software testing.
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies, software, platforms.
• (Nice to have) exposure to GenAI (Chatbots or Agents) for QA productivity.
• Fluency in English.

About Your Day-to-day

You will join our AI Voice Assistant project to ensure responsiveness and efficiency in its interactions with users across different platforms and devices. Our mission is to deliver a seamless user experience with the assistant. To do so, we work in a native language environment.

• You will test an AI Voice Assistant.
• As a Manual QA Tester, you will design and execute test cases.
• Ensure critical standards for the text execution.

This Is For You If You Have

• Native knowledge of Vietnamese.
• Previous experience in testing, localization testing, or translation.
• Understanding of QA software testing.
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies, software, platforms...
• (Nice to have) some exposure on using GenAI (Chatbots or Agents) for productivity enhancement of QA work.
• Fluency in English
