M47 is seeking a Manual QA Tester to join the AI Voice Assistant project in Madrid. You will help ensure responsive interactions across platforms, in a native language environment, testing voice flows and text execution.

The role requires Cantonese and Chinese language proficiency, prior QA or localization testing experience, and English fluency. An openness to GenAI tools is a plus, with an indefinite full-time contract in a diverse, international team.

Formación

• Native Cantonese (Mainland China) and Zhōngwén Chinese (Hong Kong) proficiency.
• Experience in testing, localization testing, or translation.
• Understanding of QA software testing.
• Willingness to learn about new technologies and GenAI tools.
• Fluency in English.

About Your Day-to-day

You will join our AI Voice Assistant project to ensure responsiveness and efficiency in its interactions with users across different platforms and devices. Our mission is to deliver a seamless user experience with the assistant. To do so, we work in a native language environment.

• You will test an AI Voice Assistant.
• As a Manual QA Tester, you will design and execute test cases.
• Ensure critical standards for the text execution.

This Is For You If You Have

• Native knowledge of Cantonese Chinese (from Mainland China) and Zhōngwén Chinese (from Hong Kong)
• Previous experience in testing, localization testing, or translation.
• Understanding of QA software testing.
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies, software, platforms...
• (Nice to have) some exposure on using GenAI (Chatbots or Agents) for productivity enhancement of QA work.
• Fluency in English
