JD Logistics busca un líder operativo para el nuevo centro de clasificación regional en Madrid. Será responsable del diseño, implementación y lanzamiento de un centro automatizado con cintas, inbound y cross-dock, asegurando una integración eficiente en la red de distribución.

Se requiere experiencia en MHS, dominio de inglés y español, y disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos que cubran 24/7. Se valorará conocimiento de mandarín y la capacidad de coordinar equipos locales e internacionales.

Formación

• Experiencia operativa con Automatización y Sistemas de Manipulación de Materiales (MHS).
• Dominio de comunicación en inglés y español a nivel profesional; mandarín es valorado.
• Capacidad de ajustar horarios y turnos, incluyendo nocturnidad y fines de semana.

Responsabilidades

• Tomar propiedad operativa, financiera y estratégica del nuevo centro de clasificación regional en Madrid.
• Gestionar el layout del hub, recepción inbound, cintas de clasificación automatizadas y gestión de reparto.
• Alinear con el Convenio Colectivo de Madrid y garantizar inicio puntual y seguridad.
• Mantener y optimizar el rendimiento de las operaciones para cumplir SLA y ventanas de entrega.

The Mission & Core Scope

• The Mission: Take end-to-end operational, financial, and strategic ownership of our brand-new regional Sorting Center in the Madrid area, ensuring an on-time facility launch, high-efficiency parcel processing, and accurate network injection.
• The Scope: You will take full accountability for the entire sorting hub layout—including inbound linehaul reception, high-speed automated sorting conveyor belt operations, cross-docking matrix management, and outbound station injection—while maintaining direct alignment with the Madrid Logistics Collective Agreement (Convenio Colectivo).

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets

To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:

• Hub Commissioning & Integration: Successfully execute the launch, equipment testing, and ramp-up of the automated sorting facility within strict deadlines, ensuring 100% regulatory and safety alignment.
• Hourly Throughput & Accuracy (SLA): Establish and optimize parcel-per-hour processing speeds across all automated and manual sorting lines, keeping mis-sort rates near zero.
• Network Window Management: Maintain strict cross-docking discipline to ensure zero delay in sorting execution, guaranteeing that outbound trucks depart on schedule to meet downstream last-mile delivery windows.
• Scale & Shift Optimization: Architect flexible multi-shift labor schedules capable of scaling instantly to absorb massive volume fluctuations coming from inbound transportation networks.

Position Requirements

• Automation & MHS Mastery: Strong operational experience working with Automated Material Handling Systems (MHS), automated scanning arrays, and sorting belt software configurations.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to lead local supervisors and coordinate high-level technical metrics with international stakeholders. Knowledge of Mandarin is a highly valued corporate asset.
• Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding working hours and shift adjustments, including night and weekend hub cycles, which are vital to stabilizing a 24/7 cross-docking network launch.
