Flywire is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams shaping our core payments architecture and scale our distributed, high-availability systems. You will balance strategic technical direction with people leadership, enabling AI-driven automation to improve payments compliance and risk.

You will partner with Product, QA and SRE to align roadmaps and deliver impact at global scale. This mission-driven role requires strong communication with non-technical stakeholders, hands-on engineering

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience on high-availability production systems and distributed architecture.
• 3+ years of managing and mentoring engineering teams with track record in performance management and hiring.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting payment platforms, gateways, fintech products, or related domains.
