Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience in high-availability production systems and distributed architecture.
• Experience in payments platforms or fintech is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical partners.

You are a strategic leader who balances deep technical vision with exceptional people leadership, serving as a player-coach to drive the automation of complex global payment processes.
