Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Madrid seeks a Manager – BCG Vantage, AI Cost Advantage to lead design, build-out, and commercialization of AI-driven cost knowledge assets and tools across functional domains. You'll roadmap, prioritize backlogs, and translate business needs into specifications to guide products through ideation to launch.

Work with the Director and senior stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and support end-user adoption through training and change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in cost transformation or related topics.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in product management including road-mapping and backlog prioritization; AI agents and solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and commercialization of Cost expertise and AI assets.
• Translate business needs into specifications and guide tools through ideation to launch.
• Mentor junior team members and engage with senior stakeholders across Cost and Practice Areas.
