Boston Consulting Group seeks a Manager – BCG Vantage, AI Cost Advantage to lead the design, build-out and commercialization of AI-enabled cost assets and tools. You will translate business needs into specifications, road-map products, and guide lifecycle from ideation to launch, while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with senior stakeholders across Cost and Practice Areas.

You will engage with case teams and clients to translate knowledge into pragmatic solutions, driving adoption

Qualifications

• 3+ years consulting experience in cost transformation, cost take-out, or related topics.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience; 6-10+ years strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, build-out, and commercialization of cost and AI-enabled assets and tools.
• Translate business needs into specifications; road-map products and manage lifecycle from ideation through launch.
• Mentor junior team members and engage with senior stakeholders across Cost and Practice Areas.
• Support end-user adoption through training and change management; collaborate with case teams and clients.
