Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager in BCG Vantage to lead the development of AI-enabled digital assets and tools within the Data and Digital Platform domain. You will collaborate with global teams, shape product roadmaps, and drive commercialization efforts across geographies and industries.

Formación

• 3+ years consulting experience in Data and Digital Platform topics and/or AI/digital product development and management.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience; 6–10+ years preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Expertise in data/digital platform strategy, enterprise AI/GenAI, cloud/infrastructure modernization, and sourcing strategy.
• Experience with AI/GenAI in a product/business context.
• Fluency in English; other languages helpful for certain locations.
• Strong communication skills for global, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and collaborate with global teams to develop digital and AI products and tools.
• Define roadmaps for topic-specific products, ensuring assets are current and commercially relevant.
• Translate requirements into scalable digital/AI-enabled solutions with engineering teams.
• Support commercialization, shaping proposals and go-to-market activities.
• Line-manage junior colleagues, including goal setting and mentoring.
