The Boston Consulting Group GmbH in Madrid seeks a Manager in BCG Vantage to lead data and digital platform initiatives and AI-enabled product development. You will partner with case and proposal teams to deliver strategic guidance and scalable assets across markets, while driving commercialization and knowledge sharing.

You will also mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with global experts to shape enterprise-wide transformation programs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Formación

• 3+ years consulting experience in Data and Digital Platform topics and/or AI and Digital product development and management.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality analysis and guidance.
• Define and manage roadmaps for topic-specific products and tools with leadership input.
• Drive development of digital assets and tools to support asset commercialization and case execution.
• Line manage junior colleagues and provide ongoing feedback and career development support.
