Bacardi in Barcelona seeks a senior finance leader to oversee Advertising & Promotion controllership across Europe, LAC and global functions. You will lead a Primos team, drive FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, and build dynamic models to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include standardising services globally, partnering with stakeholders, and driving process improvements while fostering a culture of belonging and development. Fluency in English is required.

• Substantial working financial knowledge including experience in general accounting processes, Financial Planning and Analysis, and budget management.

• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes for A&P across regions, markets and Global Functions
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve a high level of global process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop a mindset of continuous improvement in the organization by constantly striving for ways to: leverage process efficiencies on a global basis and drive down “end-to-end” process costs while improving quality and performance.
• Develop and manage a high-quality talent base, looking for the Best Talent for the Best 10, mentor and coach all the Primos in the organization to progress on their development plans.

Skills:

• Substantial working financial knowledge including experience in, general accounting processes, Financial Planning and Analysis, and budget management.
• Proven leadership abilities, including demonstration of Bacardi values and collaborative leadership style with experience in developing and retaining staff.
• Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders and other Primos of the organizations as a team toward achieving the organization’s needs and identify strategic opportunities to drive additional value for Bacardi.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis
• Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to an Executive Level audience in English.

Personal qualities:

• 5-7 years of finance experience and experience of doing A&P controllership
• Running transformational projects to standardise processes is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently. Advanced writing and speaking are a must.
