Job summary

Mayer & Dau Immobilien on Mallorca is expanding; a full-time on-site sales role focused on acquiring properties and advising owners. You’ll work with a dedicated team, start each day with a focused meeting to set daily goals, and leverage our proven sales system backed by our in-house marketing agency.

Fluent German is required; Spanish or English are a plus. Residence on Mallorca or willingness to relocate is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in active sales

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence on the phone
• Fluent or native German; Spanish or English a plus
• Residence on Mallorca or willingness to relocate to the island
• Prior real estate experience is not strictly required: taught on the job

Responsibilities

• Actively acquiring new properties within your designated farming territory and advising property owners
• Marketing listings, organizing and conducting property viewings, and guiding prospective buyers through to the notary appointment
• Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with homeowners, prospective buyers, and local partners across Mallorca
• Planning and tracking your performance targets collaboratively with management using proven sales metrics

Today, we operate across five branches in Germany and three offices on Mallorca, located in Santa Ponsa, Alcúdia, and Cala Ratjada. In this full‑time role, you work on‑site with your team, starting each morning with a focused team meeting to set you up for daily success.

Core tasks

• Actively acquiring new properties within your designated farming territory and advising property owners

What you bring to the team

• Solid experience in active sales, regardless of the industry you previously worked in
• A genuine drive to execute consistently, deliver measurable results, and achieve high goals
• The readiness to fully identify with Mayer & Dau and trust our structured sales methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills, clear enjoyment of personal customer communication, and total confidence on the telephone
• Fluent or native German skills; proficiency in Spanish or English is considered a distinct advantage
• Residence on Mallorca or the firm readiness to relocate to the island
• Please note that prior real estate experience is not strictly required: if you know how to sell, we will teach you the trade from the ground up
