Confidential employer in Mallorca seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to own the acquisition, management, and strategic development of a premium property portfolio, coordinating with owners, sales consultants, and marketing.

You will drive market positioning, pricing strategies, and tailored marketing campaigns while supervising listings, photography, and viewings, maintaining strong owner relationships.

Formación

• Proven professional experience in Mallorca real estate
• Business fluent in English, German, and Spanish
• Knowledge of Mallorca market trends and micro-locations
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Structured, reliable, self-directed with CRM/digital workflows

Responsabilidades

• Managing relationships with property owners from onboarding to sale
• Acquiring prestigious residential properties across Mallorca with sales advisors
• Advising owners on market positioning, pricing, and tailored campaigns
• Preparing and monitoring marketing agreements and legal docs
• Coordinating property listings, photo/video shoots, and client viewings
• Collaborating with marketing to create exposés and campaigns
• Evaluating portfolio performance and presentation standards
• Building a network of owners and industry multipliers
