Confidential employer in Mallorca seeks a B2B Field Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, onboard clients, and conduct sales routes across the island. The role requires fluent Spanish, English, and German, plus a driving licence and own vehicle for travel.

You will visit business customers, maintain CRM records, and drive growth through commissions on initial sales and renewals. Working hours are Mon–Fri with flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Mandatory fluency in Spanish, English, and German.
• Valid B driving licence and own vehicle for island travel.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in direct customer care, route planning, and CRM data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the full B2B sales cycle, from client consultation to negotiating and closing deals.
• Onboarding new clients and providing dedicated, high-quality customer care.
• Planning and carrying out sales routes across Mallorca to visit business customers.
• Updating and maintaining customer records, pipeline activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
