Job summary

Legacy London Recruitment Limited in Barcelona seeks a Sales & Operations Planning Lead to coordinate integrated forecasts, inventory and production plans across EMEA. The role combines leadership of project teams with cross-functional collaboration to maximise volume growth on an EMEA basis.

The ideal candidate has five years of experience in supply chain or forecasting leadership, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid office/home setup is offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and improve S&OP processes and metrics.
• Evaluate EMEA retail sales, shipments, inventory and production plans.
• Align processes to optimize sales and inventory with finance and sales goals.
• Drive change management to raise the influence of S&OP across the company.
• Develop and implement best practices and performance metrics for S&OP.
• Support short- and long-range S&OP goals and procedures across the company.
