Enza Zaden in El Ejido, Spain, is seeking a Service & Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation of buildings and facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot faults, test electrical equipment, and support external contractors to keep systems safe and reliable.

The ideal candidate has a technical education and 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with hands-on skills in electricity, cooling, carpentry, and basic automation.

Formación

• Technical education completed and practical maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, cooling and carpentry tasks.
• Basic knowledge of automation and control systems.
• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and installations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Test and maintain electrical equipment under local regulations.
• Monitor facility systems including heating, cooling, access control and alarms.
• Coordinate with external maintenance contractors and document interventions.
• Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.
• Participate in facility improvement projects.

What are you going to do?

As a Service & Maintenance Technician , you ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, facilities and technical installations, contributing to a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment for all colleagues.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and installations.
• Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Testing and maintaining small electrical equipment according to local regulations.
• Managing and monitoring facility systems, including heating and cooling systems, access control, fire alarms and security systems.
• Supporting and coordinating external maintenance contractors.
• Keeping maintenance activities and interventions properly documented.
• Contributing to a healthy and safe working environment.
• Participating in facility improvement projects.

• A technical educational background.
