AVL Iberica is seeking a Maintenance & Instrumentation Engineer to lead maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. You will plan preventive and corrective actions, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure reliability and efficiency of systems.

The role requires 2–3 years in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of instrumentation and electrical systems, and English at B2 level. The company offers a permanent contract and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Automation, or Mechatronics.
• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance or instrumentation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, automation, and measurement equipment.
• English proficiency at least B2; CMMS experience; MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, including calibrations and technical support.
• Organize and prioritize maintenance tasks based on criticality and resources.
• Coordinate interventions with internal staff, suppliers and external contractors.
• Ensure proper calibration and operation of instrumentation, data acquisition, and testing equipment.
• Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
