AVL Iberica is seeking a Maintenance & Instrumentation Engineer in Barcelona to lead maintenance planning, calibration, and optimization of equipment and facilities. You will coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure high availability and reliability of systems.

The role requires 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong instrumentation knowledge, and English level B2. The company offers a permanent contract, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or complex environments.
• Proficient in CMMS, Office suite, and data analysis.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate internal and external personnel and contractors.
• Ensure calibration and operation of instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive improvements to increase equipment availability and efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure high service standards.
• Support modernization and automation projects for facilities and processes.
• Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs.
