Innovate is seeking experienced Shift Maintenance Engineers and Technicians for freelance or B2B opportunities in highly automated logistics and distribution environments.

Candidates should have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, intralogistics experience, and hands‑on work with conveyors, motors and sensors; you will diagnose faults, respond to breakdowns, and cover holidays or short‑term assignments.

Formación

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Experience within intralogistics, material handling, distribution, warehousing or automated logistics.
• Hands-on experience with conveyors, sortation, motors, sensors, drives and automated handling equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and breakdown response capability.
• Able to diagnose problems quickly and work independently.
• Happy to work shifts when required.
• Available for ad hoc, emergency, holiday/sickness or short-term cover.
• Open to being contacted for work when opportunities arise.
• Legally able to work in Spain on a freelance/B2B basis.

Shift Maintenance Engineers / Technicians - Freelance / B2B

We're looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers / Maintenance Technicians who are open to flexible, freelance or B2B opportunities supporting highly automated logistics and distribution environments.

The work is suited to engineers with a strong hands-on background in automated material handling and intralogistics, who are comfortable providing support for breakdowns, emergencies, holiday/sickness cover and short-term assignments.

What I’m looking for:

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
• Experience within intralogistics, material handling, distribution, warehousing or automated logistics
• Hands-on experience with conveyors, sortation, motors, sensors, drives and automated handling equipment
• Strong fault-finding and breakdown response capability
