Motus People busca un Técnico de Mantenimiento para trabajar in situ en los Países Bajos. Serás responsable de la fiabilidad y el rendimiento de equipos modernos de producción y automatización, con apoyo de proyectos internacionales.

Se valorará experiencia en entornos de alta tecnología, mantenimiento preventivo y capacidad para trabajar en turnos. Ofrecemos soporte integral de relocation y un entorno internacional con buenas condiciones de trabajo.

Formación

• Experiencia como Técnico de Mantenimiento o similar.
• Formación técnica en Mecánica, Electricidad, Mecatrónica o mantenimiento industrial.
• Dominio básico de PLC y sistemas automatizados.

Responsabilidades

• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas.
• Diagnosticar y resolver averías para minimizar tiempos de parada.
• Inspeccionar y optimizar máquinas y líneas de producción.
• Trabajar con equipos con PLC, cintas transportadoras y robótica.
• Apoyar a las plantas para mejorar la fiabilidad y eficiencia.
• Registrar actividades y comunicar hallazgos técnicos.
• Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of modern production and automation equipment. Depending on the project and employer, your responsibilities may include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical installations.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical faults to minimize downtime.
• Inspecting, testing, and optimizing machines and production systems.
• Working with PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, robotics, and automated production lines.
• Supporting production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Recording maintenance activities and reporting technical findings.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
• Following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Collaborating with engineers, operators, and fellow technicians in a multidisciplinary team.

What We're Looking For;

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar technical role.
• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with industrial machinery, production equipment, or automated systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts where applicable.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
