Motus People Castro, Galicia, Spain, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep advanced production and automation systems running at their best. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, PLC-controlled lines, conveyors, and robotics, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will join an international team with relocation support to the Netherlands, offering a full-time position and opportunities to advance in mechanical, electrical, and industrial automation skills.

Formación

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar technical role.
• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience with industrial machinery, production equipment, or automated systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts where applicable.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical installations.
• Inspecting, testing, and optimizing machines and production systems.
• Working with PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, robotics, and automated production lines.
• Supporting production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Recording maintenance activities and reporting technical findings.
• Following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
