Signicat, a pan-European digital identity company, is seeking a System Administrator in Madrid to join the Internal IT Team within the Enterprise Platform department. You will help ensure our internal systems, infrastructure and services are stable, secure and efficient, balancing proactive improvements with thorough documentation and end-user support.

• 2+ years in system administration or IT support.
• Experience with cloud services and enterprise tooling.
• Strong English communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build and secure infrastructure and services that scale with growth.
• Proactively identify improvements and implement robust enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and support systems and services in scope; resolve tickets.
• Provide clear, proactive end-user support across the company.
• Document operations procedures and maintain asset inventories.
