INNOCV Solutions in Madrid is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to help clients navigate complex business and digital transformation challenges, shaping strategic decisions and driving meaningful change with senior stakeholders.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, develop strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps, build business cases, and explore AI, automation, and data-driven solutions, with a strong focus on client-facing delivery and professional development.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to structure and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and client-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the definition and execution of business and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyzing organizations, operating models, processes, and business challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Structuring complex problems and developing actionable recommendations.
• Building business cases, financial models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Preparing executive-level presentations and strategic deliverables.
• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients.
• Contributing to proposals, consulting methodologies, and the continuous evolution of our consulting capabilities.
