Gaming1 is seeking a creative Spanish social media & content executive to reinforce its Spanish team. Reporting to the Spain Market Lead, you will drive organic social media for Spanish brands, coordinate content with central teams, and ensure accurate brand and promotional messaging across partners.

You will craft locally relevant copy, manage calendars around promotions/events, coordinate asset production, and analyze performance to boost reach, engagement and traffic.

Formación

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent writing, grammar and spelling.
• Good professional level of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or similar role.
• Understanding of the Spanish social media landscape, digital culture and current content trends.
• Able to create copy for different formats, audiences and channels.
• Experience using social media management, analytics and content management tools.
• Basic experience creating/adapting visual content with Canva is an advantage.
• Interest in sports, online entertainment and the Spanish media landscape.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, SEO content, digital partnerships, or online gaming is a strong advantage.
• Analytical and able to translate content performance into practical recommendations.
• Highly organized and able to manage several priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proactive, persistent, and able to follow up with internal/external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in branding, promo information and digital content.
• Autonomous, hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable in an international environment.
• Willing to create content around live events which may occur on weekends/bank holidays.
• Based in Ceuta or willing to work from our Ceuta office.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Spain Market Lead and various teams to ensure content follows brand guidelines and responsible gaming policies.
• Develop and execute organic social media strategy for Spanish brands and coordinate content calendars with promotions and events.
• Create engaging local social media copy, publish content across channels, and coordinate production of assets with designers/agencies.
• Monitor content performance and provide regular insights and recommendations to improve reach and traffic.
• Support affiliate content and brand visibility through localization and partner communications.
