Job summary

Huspy in Madrid is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to own a territory and drive growth by identifying, acquiring and activating top real estate professionals as Huspy partners. You will build a from-scratch pipeline across outbound, referrals and events, negotiate deals, close them and ensure partners start generating business; success measured by quality relationships and revenue generated.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-growth B2B environments, hunter mentality, strong commercial

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B, B2B2C, marketplaces or high-growth environments.
• Real ownership over new business generation and clear explanation of opportunities closed.
• Ability to start from scratch and build a full pipeline without relying on marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory like a business and grow it with a strategic plan.
• Identify and prioritise high-potential real estate partners.
• Build a pipeline from scratch via outbound, networking, referrals and events.
• Understand partners’ business needs and tailor Huspy propositions.
• Negotiate, close and ensure partners start generating business.
