Alstom is seeking a full-time Project Contract Manager in Madrid. You will provide leadership to develop and drive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies in line with Alstom’s objectives, including EoTs and variations, and offer technical leadership in Signalling Projects.

The role requires analyzing contracts, monitoring obligations, issuing notices, and managing claims documentation, while collaborating with the Project Core Team and Project Contract Management Organization.

Formación

• 2–3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred) / Project management in industrial sector.
• Experience in railway projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the contract to drive implementation of contract and claim management strategies and risk mitigation.
• Monitor project progress toward contractual milestones and obligations.
• Issue contractual notices timely and manage correspondence with third parties.
• Prepare and manage documents for claims/counterclaims negotiations.
