Alstom in Madrid seeks a Project Contract Manager to lead contract/claim management and risk mitigation within signalling projects. You’ll guide contract analysis, monitor obligations, issues, and notices while providing technical leadership across the team.

Join a global rail leader and drive commercial strategies, support project milestones, and train stakeholders in contract/claim management. A degree in law or engineering and 2–3 years’ relevant experience are expected.

Formación

• Degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or business sciences.
• 2–3 years in Contract/Claim Management or Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Carefully analyzes the contract to build and drive implementation of Contract and Claim management strategies.
• Monitors projects toward contract obligations and milestones.
• Ensures timely issuance of contractual notices and analyzes correspondence with third parties.
• Monitors, records, and notifies any third party regarding claims/counterclaims and prepares documentation for negotiations.
