Alstom in Madrid is seeking a Project Contract Manager to lead contract management and risk mitigation for signalling projects. You’ll guide extensions of time, variation orders, and contract amendments while providing technical leadership within the project core team.

You will supervise contract obligations, issue notices, monitor third-party communications, and train stakeholders across project management, finance, engineering and sourcing to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Formación

• 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred)/Project Management, mainly in the industrial sector.
• Experience in railway projects is a plus.
• Education: a degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or business sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes contracts to implement contract/claim management strategies and risk mitigation aligned with project objectives.
• Monitors projects toward contract obligations and milestones.
• Ensures timely contractual notices and manages third-party correspondence.
• Manages all elements and supporting documentation for claims/counterclaims negotiations.
