Alstom in Madrid is seeking a full-time Project Contract Manager to lead contract/claim management and risk mitigation within railway projects. You will guide contract strategy, monitor obligations, and issue notices while coordinating with project teams and Legal.

2–3 years in contract management and a degree in a related field are required, with railway experience a plus. You will work with the Project Core Team on contract implementation and with the Project Contract Management Organization

Formación

• Educational Requirements: A degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or business sciences
• Experience: 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred)/Project Management, mainly in the industrial sector. Experience in railway projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• As a member of Project Core Team, analyzes the contract to drive contract/claim management strategies and protect Alstom interests.
• Monitors project progress toward contract obligations and milestones, including schedule considerations.
• Issues contractual notices timely and reviews third-party correspondence.
• Prepares and manages all elements and documentation for claims/counterclaims negotiations.
• As a member of Project Contract Management Organization, reports on contract management activities to project, Legal, and Contract Management teams.
• Provides training on contract/claim management to key stakeholders and delivers clear contractual analysis on demand.
