Alstom is seeking a full-time Project Contract Manager in Madrid to lead contract/claim management and risk mitigation for signalling projects. You will guide the team, analyze contracts, and ensure timely notices and documentation for third-party interactions.

The role requires 2-3 years of related experience, a degree in a relevant field, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovative rail projects.

Formación

• Degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or business sciences.
• 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred) / Project Management in industrial sectors.
• Spanish (mandatory) & English (mandatory) languages.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze contracts to drive contract/claim management strategies and risk mitigation.
• Monitor contract obligations and project milestones.
• Issue contractual notices and manage correspondence with third parties.
• Manage claims/counterclaims documentation and negotiations.
• Report on contract management and claims activities to stakeholders.
• Provide training on contract/claim management to project teams.
