Alstom in Madrid is seeking a full-time Project Contract Manager to lead contract/claim management and risk mitigation in railway signaling projects. You will guide contract strategy, extensions of time, variations, and amendments, working with a proactive core team.

You’ll analyze contracts, monitor obligations, issue notices, coordinate with project management, legal, and finance, and train stakeholders. A degree in law or engineering and 2-3 years' relevant experience are expected.

Formación

• 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred)/Project Management, mainly in the industrial sector.
• Experience in railway projects is a plus.
• Educational requirements: a degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or business sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes contract to develop contract/claim management strategies protecting Alstom interests.
• Monitors project progress toward contract obligations and milestones.
• Issues contractual notices and reviews correspondence with third parties.
• Prepares and manages all elements and supporting documentation for claims/counterclaims negotiations.
• Reports on contract management and claims activities to project, Legal, and Contract Management teams.
• Provides training on contract/claim management to key project stakeholders.
