Alstom in Madrid is seeking a full-time Project Planning professional to lead and maintain the project schedule, acting as deputy to the PM/CoD/CoO and coordinating across the core team to secure on-time delivery. You’ll work with senior planners and managers to optimize scheduling strategies and drive delivery excellence.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across functions, manage multiple scenarios, and communicate clearly at all levels, including with external partners.

Formación

• Engineering or Business Degree.
• High level in English is a must.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Project Planning.

Responsabilidades

• Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager, or Sub-System Manager.
• Acts as the right hand of the PM/CoD/CoO and the deputy when needed.
• Owns and maintains the project schedule and supports decision making with timely data.
• Coordinate interfaces and ensure alignment across core team to drive on-time delivery.
