JD Logistics in Madrid is seeking an agile operations and procurement professional to lead the local site-readiness and asset procurement for the Madrid deployment, coordinating with global HQ.

You will locally source indirect supplies, select Spanish vendors, and set up admin processes, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and on-time go-live.

The role evolves into ongoing support, KPI tracking, and continuous optimization across the site.

Formación

• Greenfield Launch Expertise: proven background supporting site launches, relocations or facility deployments in fast-paced environments.
• Language proficiency: English, Spanish and Mandarin fluency mandatory; able to negotiate with local suppliers and coordinate with global HQ.
• Operational flexibility: adapt to prioritization and evolving timelines during country-level infrastructure launches.
• Problem-solving and negotiation: proven track record delivering purchasing and operational results under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Immediate Launch Procurement: source, negotiate, and secure 100% of the site’s critical indirect supplies to ensure an on-time go-live.
• Vendor Network Architecture: establish a robust ecosystem of Spanish suppliers and contractors aligned with compliance and budget.
• Post-Launch Operational Continuity: transition to ongoing support, track site KPIs, optimize resources, resolve bottlenecks.
• Cross-Border Communication Bridge: maintain real-time reporting between Madrid operations and centralized HQ.
